Animal Resources

    A large number of animal bones/remains were unearthed at the Shihsanhang site, including those of birds, mammals, fish and shellfish. Some bones show traces of being cut or burnt, and some are made into bone tools. It is speculated that people of Shihsanhang used iron tools to hunt in the mountains, and also went fishing and collecting shellfish for food on the sea shore. 



動物資源



十三行遺址出土大量動物骨骼，包含鳥類、哺乳類、魚類及貝類。有些骨頭上有切割或火燒的痕跡，有些則製成骨器。從出土材料推測，十三行人使用鐵器上山狩獵，也到海邊捕魚及採集貝類食用。
